And almost all suzukis being used by government agencies in manila comes from cebu, they are just having the the red plates "S" but they are also registered in mindanao. Actually all LTO offices all over the philippines are allowed to register any vehicles as long as it has all the legal documents for registration, and utility vehicles, specifically multicabs and trucks are allowed to be imported from japan, The dilemna of cebu units being apprehended in manila, started in 2007, when the sports car of a well known celebrity in manila was registered here in cebu, and paid only a meager amount of taxes, this started it all.

bottom line ani kung molugos jud ug palit ug multicab, antoson na lang kung ma-check sa mga pulis sa manila. wala man cguro problem kung maipakita nimo ang proper documentation?

    sakto ba?

To: vw_rider 80, i havent encountered, we, renewing our customer's registration which will take 2 months to process, the problem with us sometimes is, we only register our units on the last week of the month, or sometimes 2 days before the deadline, almost all surplus companies here in cebu registered their units in mindanao, and it needs confirmation from mindanao before it is registered here in cebu, that's why it takes time and sometimes the LTO in mindanao didnt upload the plates on time, that's another cause of delay, its not only the problem of ROME, but all surplus companies here in cebu.
2months renewal?! dugayo gud. 3days ra lagi ang tigpalakad sa ako? labing dugay 1week.
