its a matter of changing lifestyle, stress management and proper diet....and best of all the exercise that realy help me when i was having hypertension was walking everyday going to and going home.

daghan man factors that can contribute to a high blood pressure level. but the biggest factor would have to be your lifestyle and diet. if u dont exercise and eat a lot of fatty and not so nutritious food then that would equal to high blood.

i suggest you 1) change your lifestyle by exercising regularly 2) eat a low protein diet 3) consult your doctor coz if mag buot2 raka maybe instead of helping yourself you would be worstening the situation kay wala pajud ka kabalo unsa jud imong exact medical condition.
