Ask lng po agen. I have an 9800XT and would like to change to 6600GT, is that called upgrading or downgrading?: Or should i stick to my present card? thanks!!

I guess that would be upgrading.
If it were up to me, I'd stick with the 9800xt.
I'll only upgrade it if a game that won't run with the 9800xt is released.
agree. they're both directx9 compatible so they could run all the latest game though 6600gt supports shader model 3.0 (directx 9.0c).Originally Posted by otis
if you want to upgrade, go down the pci-e path. it's more practical.
dang, enabling SM3.0 makes the game slowkailangan gyud 6800 para paspas
