I've watched once the latest and on going hearing of the senate about sa budget for the development of the Lamesa Dam. Holy Crap wa jud mga tarong nga panghuna huna ning mga senators nato specially ning si Atty. Pia Cayetano. Its really time for them to rest!!!

Mao gyud. ayaw kalimot ug apil sa House of RepresentaTHIEVES! Its not the system, its the people running the system. Bisag unsa pana na systema if mao ra ghapon ang mopadagan dili gyud mausab. Corruption is part of Filipino culture, I sad to say this, but even sa pinaka ka ubos na ahensya sa gobyerno mao gyud ni ako makita. Not only in government but in every individual the attitude has already become inherent. If we want change lets change ourselves first pero I know lisod ni coz naa gyud mga tawo na mo pahimolus gyud sa kalisod sa iyang isig katawo. Mao ni na diri sa Pilipinas ang datu mo samot ka datu ug ang pobre mo samot ka pobre. Naka apan pa gyud kay ang uban na pobre mao pay mana-ug-daog sa ubang mga kabos.

Out of 750 bills that were thrown by the House to the Senate for approval, only 9 was worked out. Pagka usik sa akong buhis...
Maayo pa wad-on nalang ang Senate nga karon nagka useless na. Puro ra sila imbestigasyon, wala nay nahimong trabaho. Sige rang pabola sa ilang mga baba ug patambok sa ilang mga bank accounts.

Better assasinate (parliamentarize) the Senate.

What about the Hose of Representatives? That useless body should be the one eliminated.

Its inhabited with pot bellied, unshaven and gluttton members who dont think anything when will be the next budget hearing.

You know what? Its the budget hearings where the Lower House has 100 percent attendance because the crocodiles dont want to be at the losing end in dividing the spoils.

After the budget hearings off they go. Some go to junkets abroad, expenses paid by the tawpayers with their wives and children and yayas in tow. Others even have the gall to visit Disneyland using People's money. others are attending big cockfight derbies. Still other tendered their illegal gambling operations in the province to collect more moolahs to buy peiople's votes in the next elections.

Congress has this perennial problems about quorum. A clear testimony of the lack of commitment of those rotten and corrupt bunch of trapos inahbiting it.

Its good it has a very fitting name. The Lower House. Low standard.
