Still learning how not to get upset at the small stuff...it's unreal how many things I've just let pass by instead of getting all upset about them. And you know? I don't even remember what those things were anymore.

I'm proud of myself because I've been doing my workouts even when I really don't want to...when I most want to sabotage myself.

I'm proud of myself because I can pull through when my boss gives me multiple projects to complete.

I'm proud of myself because I'm reaching out to people in my phone calls, coffee dates even though I find it much easier just to sit back and do nothing. And even though I do make mistakes. I made a huge one on Monday night and really broke protocol. I feel really bad, but I know my intentions were good.

I'm proud of myself because after years of procrastination, I'm finally getting off my ass and putting together a site of weight loss resources (this forum being a major one). It's looking pretty darn good too.

I'm proud of myself because sometimes bravery is facing the little details of daily life.

I'm proud of myself because for the first time in my life, I set out a plan and am sticking to it 100% for three weeks now!
