it is ok to say that you are concerned over yourself and others.....

I dont think it is a matter of regulation or its implementation, but it is the assertion of the public.... for which anyone is a member of....

therefore, there is no need to blame, we just need a push of confidence to say you mind for the benefit of the majority....

it maybe easy to say but i dont think it will be too difficult to assert, just make sure you got the basis wc is the "no smoking' sign.....
