Mo appy man ta ko dri but i have a former collegue who works there now. Cgi kuno ka delayed ila sweldo. I do not know if unsa nka BEST ana. Gnahan lang ta ko kay start up pro ma delayed sweldo, dko sukol ana mga bro.

hi guys,
siguro the best ang management in the sense na dili pa kaayo strict ug approachable sila...with the salary, naa jud times nga maulahi (2-3) days...so far sa karon pud wala naku naka experience...hopefully this is the good progress i've been waiting for...personally if you can't tolerate this kind of delay, then i don't recommend working in Lighthouse, but 2-3 days is not that bad, (kung kada salary pud siguro mahitabo) that's a diff. story. when it comes to salary range, you're paid naman of your value, experience matters, kung bagito pasad ka ayaw pud pag expect ug dako...most of the data services guys here are nurse grads, no offense but i think hospitals here in cebu can't give them the salary range they're earning here...just look into the bright side...
