When we say FASTEST CAR RUNNING in CEBU ... it obviously is a STREET LEGAL CAR driven everyday or as a weekend warrior . Walay labot ang DRAG CARS since it only see's action in the strips and not in the streets of Cebu .

Any car na street legal in the mid to low 12's in street tires with full interior is already FAST enough to contend as Cebu's fastest if not the quickest .

chery QQ. it may not be fastest pero lingaw kaayo.
main problem of chery QQ is dugay kaayo na hurot ang gasoline. was planning to drain it pero used it until ma hurot , wala jud mo lihok ang gauge. anyway pwede pang pamilya and pag sports.
at first abi nako ang makina dili ka survive sa punshing from drivers: jong, lik, bobby, dennis and me.
pero to my surprise kusog man gihapon. even after putting the car back to stock mode. it felt stronger and faster. anyway below is the link chery qq driven by team NCR fastest driver(2nd leg philippine regional autocross)
