how can we develop it? there are many ways to develop one's psychic ability.. but the only *reliable* way to truly develop it is first instill within yourself and practice it outwards the virtues of *goodness*.. because sometimes, our psychic abilities will play tricks on us.. and if we're not *good* enough, we will think that we are in control of our psychic abilities when in reality, it is only our selfishness and ego that is taking control already.. hehehe as simple as i could put it..

one reason why our local psychic residents never reveal their *trade* to just any curious public. they have no need to prove such. they know that such "gifts" are only meant for the few who can truly control it (and know the social consequences of using such), and most importantly not to be misused...
