In the US and other European countries, people rally without permits on the streets and NUDE at that. But theres no police who will apprehend them. In first place they were there not to perform lewd and indecent shows. They are there to express their grievances. Pati ba naman the form of your protest the ppolic have a say.

    Demokrasya pa ba ta?
Apparently, they did not have a rally permit.

Apropos, what is the relevance of a nude rally to the state of education?

One's views on the state of education can be adequately expressed without the use of nudity, which is offensive to public morals.

The state of education is a lame excuse for exhibitionism.

How perverted can these activists get?

Rallies need no permits. May permits ba in Edsa 1 and Edsa 2. There are many nude (crazy) people walking yet they were not apprehended.

freedom of expression lagi sa mga ralliyesta ang mag hubo, pero nag protect lang ang mga police sa publiko nga nitan-aw..mao sakto ra sad na gipang apprehend ang rallyiesta on the grounds of IMMORALITY.

kaning maghubo gud sa publiko panahon pa man ning BAROK..civilized era naman kaha ta ron so dapat lang arestuhon.

I think they can carry their point without taking their clothes off and scandalizing everybody, especially in Mendiola where there are very young students. Freedom of expression has its limits. I don't think attempts to cause scandal should be tolerated under the guise of freedom of expression.
