@ the_guardian: rent sa stall sa carbon? my mom paid around 6,000php per month sauna I think that was 6-7 years ago ambot nalang karon, i don't know pla ka square meters pud to sya. Then, she bought it around 100,000php ang store kay atleast di na sya ma worry sa rent, sweldo nalang sa tigbantay. Now I heard around 200,000php ang baligya daw ang stall same size sako mama. But been going there in Carbon, la man vacant na stall ron puro occupied... sa dapit ra pud duol sa ko mama don't know the whole carbon jud.
