Paniguro ra man na ang sa smart nga dili maikyasan ug plan subs, gi CI na ug maayo mao gamay ra ang maaprob.
Daghan bunos kay daghan subscriber, daghan subscriber kay nindot service.

hi there, just resigned from globe, coz offered sumthn better from smart.... i missed globe though, but have to face more challenges with smart. very big difference in some other ways...

Ive heard that smart has 18th pay bunos and globe has about 14th or 16th (im not sure). but if your looking for a job, dont count the monthly only. count the whole package which includes but not limited to insurances, VLs,SLs and other benefits. my friend from globe has a good starting, though he has only about 15th month pay. another one from smart (almost the same function/level) got a lesser starting salary but again, since he got 18th month pay or more, all in all, both of them have almost the same earnings. but the other benefits are lesser from globe, though smart provides better phone plans to their employees. laliman ka? at that time nga nagkita mi, high-end kaayo ug phone ang taga smart and ingon cya, tobe paid 18 months daw and factory price.

actually, in smart its not called "nth" month pay, but its their incentives which i believed varies with their performance. and take note, all "nth" month pay from 15th upto what level are bound to tax. ang mga kurakot nga taga goberno ra ang malipay.

in terms of pressure, errr ... pareha ra ka kulatado. these companies are very strict with performance level. so more or less parepareha lang.

ari nana da-ugon in terms of retrenchment... so far, wala pa ko kadungog ug retrenchment from globe, but from smart/pldt--grabe ang rally!

if ur looking for a job, esp if newbie ka, dont look at the salary sa..learn and learn! after 3-4 yrs, anha naka mangita ug powerful nga mga packages. panag-sa ra kaayo nga fresh grads ang maka sueldo ug dinagko dayon (well except if anak ka ni Pangilinan or ni Ayala)

in terms of service, well .... no comment ko ana kay sweldo man kaha ang gi istoryahan! =)

AFAIK, Globe but Smart employees are happier.
