sa ako lang part bro maski chubby ko, taas2x gyud kog hangin....consistency lang gyud then ayaw inom ug soft drinks(tested gyud ni nako..hehe most important para nako)..try lang bro..pero what works for me might not work for you baya.hehe suway lng gud.last bro, deep breathing pud d.i. ug likay gyud sa bisyo..hehe
