so, this implies a "silence means yes".

that these units you are selling are included in the recalled items. we are planning to buy one, but it seems you are avoiding the questions which leads to my conclusion that indeed this product is included in the recall - which pose health hazards...

I'm so sorry. I haven't read your posts because was to busy doing my work. I just find time today.

Yes, this were recalled but this isn't HEALTH HAZARDOUS. The company recalled this because they have the rubber/plastic replaced. (The rubber/plastic is found outside the product and not inside.) *The rubber/plastic is a little bit loose so it would move a bit but this isn't a problem.* *This doesn't lead to health hazardous. It's like eating a banana and you peel off the banana skin.* It wasn't a big deal on this. I, myself have used this for some time. There is no problem at all.

I'm just so sorry sir/ma'am for not reading your posts. I have bumped my thread early in the morning and evening and so tired of my work and studies.

*Please sir/ma'am, do not conclude that it is HAZARDOUS even the Magic Bullet didn't recalled their products it was just voluntary. To tell you, Tony Ferguson and Magic Bullet's products are just the same model but the difference is the brand name.
