Underground electrical system...best way to beautify Cebu!!!!!!!

First off all having an underground electrical system will not make a beautifull Cebu. What we need are
bigger roads, mass transpo system and efficient garbage disposal system. kung dili ni ma sulbad sa City Govt kini nga problema..8 to 10 yrs from now pareho natah ka hugaw ug ka gubot sa Manila.

expensive kaayo ni nga alternative especially those high tension cables from 6 kv and up...then naa pa jud ngayo ug commission, so ang mahitabo ani puro na undersized and low quality materials ang gamiton. ang bottomline ani kitang mga konsumedor ang apektado. just my opinion....

not that all, it will make Cebu beautiful when it comes to wiring and so on... It will clean the surroundings. Wala na'y mga wiring2x na gubot2x kaayo... And wiring underground is more nice kay mas organize mana... it's like kanang mga telephone company, dba they do some electrical and other stuff sa isa ka cabinet na usually color gray gani na... na naa sa streets. tan-awa lang na nah example, dba, ang sulod sa cabinet, well organize... BE OPTIMISTIC/POSITIVE guys!!!

speaking of organization, it helps preventing fire. because of that, they put it in the underground all the wirings in an organize way, plus they close it and only govt. people or who are in charge can open it. Wala na'y nakaw suga which causes fire usually... or other things, like ang kite ni sangit sa electric wiring sa poste, then ma patay ang tao because of that...

the best example is the Pristina North... dba?

Actually, Pristina North does this for their all electrical wiring and telephone, which is absolutely great! kay clean kaau ang surroundings... like dri sa states... mao mana ila dri.

I know, its expensive, but as what I've said, be optimistic or be positive!!! Hinay2x lang gud, di man na diritso ma buhat, but I know the govt has some plans of making that thing, 'coz dba, daghan na tourists ga bisita sa Cebu, and they don't want to have the city and other place na daghan gubot of wirings. Small things matters also in the govt. esp to the tourists... Like katong nag Asian summit, na limpyo ang dalan, na wa na tong squatters (i don't know if ni balik cla), but you see?! nice ang palibot, limpyo!!!

Pero para nko dugay pa ni marealize kay mas daghan pa dapat unahon buhaton aron mas manindot ang Cebu. I really want nga ma ok ang drainage system sa b4 anything else kay perwisyo kaau ang baha ug daghan ni xa cons sa society. flood can cause a lot of health issues, infrastructure damages, and many others.

ang basura sad o dapat tarongon ang systema sa pagkolekta ug pagdispose.
