Experimented more on timings, seemed to slow down albeit my setup. But very stable, memtest 23 passes 0 errors.

My Bios Screenies, updated timings seem to be slower super PI now at 37 instead of 35. Just incase any1 want to follow my timings, go ahead Let me know how it goes for you!
Any suggestions will be much appreciated. After I install fans on the mem I will push for 300 or lower timings at 280.

2.90 DRAM Voltage. Those Corsairs are great. Yeah, you should put a fan on them if you are trying to go futher since those Corsair's are rated at 2.75V.

Ry, have you tried 2.5-4-4-8 which are PC-44000 speeds (if stable) you may reach you goal of 300FSB.

BTW Those are Corsair XPERT TWINXP1024-3200C2 right? Or are they the 3200XL?

I see your using one SATA and one ATA drive, on your Internal Phy SATA (Bios) you can disable the ports your not using one less thing to think about.

Anywho, great run Ryan and just a thought, stablity is everything no since having a high clock speed while your system is always freaking out right?

Ive jsut designed a a modified fan setup for my corsairs to fit exactly on my rig with the DFI board. Il try to post pics when its done icon_biggrin.gif It will be two 60MM fans blowing towards the mems coming from each side.

Dont know if you will understand my drawing, its very hard to find a location for the fans because of the board layout so what I will do is:
- Reverse the rear exahust fan to inward blowing( I have a good zalman 92mm fan for exhause above. Then on the lower left screw of the rear fan I will mount a metal support plate where on the plate I will place two 60mm fans both blowing towards the mems.

Of course an easier way with be just to a out a 120mm fan on the plexi blowing towards the mem, the processor and the entire board but, it will ruin the view icon_biggrin.gif hehehe icon_biggrin.gif

Well here is the actual Mod and my new memory temps:


Dimm2: 34.1 Deg Cel on prime 95 Aircondition
Dimm4: 38.3 Deg Cel on prime 95 Aircondition

Im still going to experiment with the possible different directions of the fan. In the meantime im happy with these temps at the OC im at.

Future mod will be to make a clear plexi ducting from the left to right and it will be realeased upwards to the ceiling of the case. The ducting will be squarish though made out of pure plexi as to no cover the bling bling
