how do you suppose we get rid of that mentality?
We're better off with GMA!!

there no such thing as perfect government...
why do we always have to see the errors of the government?
there are a lot of things man sad they did for us.
and heyy! wake up people! we need the government! the policemen, the firemen... diba ato man sad cla nagamit?
and If you know your history, we were not united, we were not a nation... each island had a ruler itself. it was chaos.
so its much better to have a government like this rather than no diba? at least...
so we better do something rather rant.
^I certainly agree.
We should not put all the blame to the government. The government was not established to serve every person's wish. It was established to provide the general public with basic services like education, health, housing, etc. As such, when people suffer in deep misery, they should reflect whether there is something wrong with them first before putting the blame with the government, or with the president, for that matter.
As I said, the government is doing something for the people. With GMA as president, we have seen a lot of initiatives for implementing economic and political reforms for the good of the people. I’d rather choose a working president.
@yami and baron: you both nailed it...
i strongly agree to both of you!
i think. supporting a working president like GMA would be better than going to the streets yelling and blaming all to her...
"A better Philippines starts with me"...
GMA is constantly in the provinces where she has many pro-poor projects, and likewise during calamities, to give encouragement and financial assistance. She's also done her best to put the government's fiscal house in order. Now, we are benefiting from a strong peso, stocks are up, more investors have regained confidence in our country, and we are far from what was formerly predicted that we would end up defaulting on our debts. What have her critics in Congress done, particularly our senators? They have hardly been seen in the provinces once they had been elected. They can't even do their jobs well! They're sitting on over 500 pending bills and all they can think about is how to boot GMA out of power.Originally Posted by athlon XP-M

^I agree. That's all they do. Create by all means a reason to remove GMA from power. They have not realized that they have been showing utmost disrespect to the president, much more disrespect to their constituents for their continuous politicking that they have neglected their duty to pass important legislation for the general public.
All they do is politicking whil the president is performing by all means to provide the country a better economy.
That is high profile bribery. Unsa man diay ato basehan kung maayo ba ang usa ka Presidente kanang kusog mohatag pero kuraks? Bisan nahibawo ta nga Â*dili maayo ug binuhatan nga Presidente basta naay daghan kwarta ihatag ok ra? This is the mentality nga sagabal sa atong pag grow as a nation. pero mas maayo nalang sad nang kusog mohatag pero kuraks kay sa dili mohatag unya kuraks oi. heheheh
