naa ni 1 year remaining sa existing contract and renewable every 2-3 yrs. since we own the structure maong amo ibaligya. pwede man gud ni ipaguba because we are only renting the land. sayang man gud ug ipaguba lang. we have spent almost thrice d selling price for building d structure. if ever naa mopalit so siya na ang owner sa place and wala na mi labot. siya na bahala magrent sa land owner.

yes, sakto nang the selling price is for the structure and the things inside the store. ikaw na lang bahala padayon rent sa owner sa land.

im not familiar sa mga pwesto sa public market ug unsa arrangement.

If you know the new flyover in Foodland, just after it in going to USC-Talamban Campus it's the corner before the Bright Academy and Banilad Barangay Hall just turn right.
