naa ni 1 year remaining sa existing contract and renewable every 2-3 yrs. since we own the structure maong amo ibaligya. pwede man gud ni ipaguba because we are only renting the land. sayang man gud ug ipaguba lang. we have spent almost thrice d selling price for building d structure. if ever naa mopalit so siya na ang owner sa place and wala na mi labot. siya na bahala magrent sa land owner.

mora ni sub-lease nga arrangement? the selling price is for the things you have inside the space? sakto ba? Or it is the same with how ang mga pwesto sa public market and arrangement? ty
