well kung kaya jud sa budget, I'd recommend the 1995 DSL + 600(not exact)phone or the higher ones. I'm using that 1995 plan and no downtime or whatsoever, ako utorrent download gane mo abot 300-500kbps with the right seeders and right config.

No offense sa globelines pero ilang net cgeg ka down, I can say that because lahi og internet ako ate then lahi sad sa ako. My sister always ask for my internet. Then sa ako sad gf globelines sila, pirmi down so ngpataod nalang sila DSL pero naa gihapon ila globe d paman ma putol. LOL

depende sa lugar.... kung duol ka sa port sa pldt, then go for pldt.
if duol ka cellsite sa smart then go for smartbro.
try to ask around your neighbors unsay isp nila, unsay feedback nila.

depende jud sa place.

ako connection kai MyDSL nya naa pud mi silingan sa apt nga smart bro. ang tower sa smart naa ra jud samo atbang ma interrupt japun ila connection basta naa kusog hangin o ulan.

nya mas good dela tingali no kai naa apil landline ang MyDSL. hehehe...

I tried globe twice, cable internet twice, Satellite internet...
And as of today, I am still using PLDT. So, for me, its clearly PLDT.
