it really depends sa centers if consumer dependent cla, specially kadtung mga sales related centers, pero as far as global market is concerned, outsourcing is still one of the biggest industry here in the Philippines especially in Cebu.

i really don't know coz since december, we are so queuing, customers from states kept on calling to order. i always end up logging out grasping for air. traffic are so strict that they don't allow us to have a break coz we might abandon calls.
