I am planning to buy a lot only for residential house which is for rush sale ASAP.
I prefer near Banilad area(inside subd.) or talamban area like near Maryville, Pristna North...Even though the lot is not within my preferred area, if it's rush(meaning very cheap for residential), contact me.
If the lot is just average price, plz Do Not contact me..I am only interested in rush sale lot so that I can buy the lot with cheap price. I don't like to buy House & Lot.
