tighter timings means faster modules. since cas latency (CL) means the speed of writing and reading of data therefore the lower the number the faster your ram is.

    Mga Dudes...

why man 388.4Mhz raman akong DRAM frequency sa CPU Z? diba it should be 400+ man unta? wla ra ko ni hilabot sa settings bios.

    Im using 8 gigs na (4x2gig) DDR2-800.

Are you overclocking? Coz if you are and ang setting sa bios sa DRAM frequency is auto mo adjust na automatically kung pila imong FSB (ma set sad ni manually to achieve desired DRAM-FSB ratios).
If wala ka nag overclock, just set it manually there kung pila ang max frequency sa imong DRAMS.

Dude... Im not overclocking. asa ni nako i set? mao ni where i select ddr2-533, ddr2-667, ddr2-800.......i just set it to auto....

select ang ddr2 800 bro..nya i adjust sad ang voltage sa imo ram kung unsa ang required voltage each stick sa imo ram para stable imo system since 4 stick na imo ram it require manual setting sa voltage para sakto gyud ang voltage distribution each sa imo ram...pero try sa i select ang ddr2 800 nya i save ang settings.then if stable a imo pc..no need na i adjust ang imo voltage sa ram..some motherboard need to set the ram voltage manually para stable imo system labi na 4 stick imo ram..
