Like if maguba ng processor, di makagamit sa pc for one month, bsag imu hatagan ug temporary solution ba like provide the cheapest processor you have para magamit pud ang pc.

    you can take this as a typical situation between customer and seller. if you want your customers to be happy and satisfied it would be much better if you can provide service parts while the customer waits for the rma item. mao ni maka pa balik2x sa customer.

    its standard that RMA you wait, if the business will give you a lower clock temporary processor thats losing money, seriously RMA is like that, best thing that the business could do would be to replace the part right away and RMA the malfuction part and keep it, may take a month but eitherway they still get it back. lol

    Worst Warranty is the Computer.
    Best Warranty is the Appliances.
    Good Warranty is the Car.

    I already have an electronic store, but not that much computer products thou, just the usual cheap ones, cheap cases,video cards,etc. Usually just sell Speakers,Amplifiers,LCD,Plasma,Refrigerators,etc.
