    yeah, sa price but it remains to be seen, though. i've heard AMD will be slashing prices for 4870x2

    **edit**

    as for DirectX 10.1, in my opinion, NVIDIA thinks the extra spending for 10.1 certification isn't justified which i think, is a good move...but that's just me.

    I dont see why it has to be funny though, the MSRP of the GTX295 is 23,000 converted to PHP. its selling at about 24k also in singapore, but yeah it may even go as high as 26~27k in the phillipines.

    ma justify pa ang use sa 1 gtx295 because the numbers show, definitely not the use of 2.
    No its not really bragging rights, if you have a 30" LCD then you might need to go 2x GTX295 for quad SLI to have everything to the max with 8x AA.

    It all depends on how deep you pocket is or how good your work pays + your gaming needs, its really nothing that extreme or "bragging"

    EDIT:

    The numbers are infact THAT good under 2560x1600

    FC2 = 38 vs 66
    COD5 = 65 vs 92
    Fear = 120 vs 188 ( lols )
    BA:HH = 75 vs 78 ( CPU limited )
    Crysis:WH = 18 vs 28
    Mass Effect = 100 vs 181
    Fall out 3 = 91 vs 91 ( CPU limited )
    Dead Space = 156 vs 256

    As long as the game is not CPU limited, the gains are quite good and is scaling very very well.

    I consider my self the "Average User" so a single GTX295 will be enough for my needs.

    Of all brands, XFX pa jud ang nag una sa TPC... based on that price we can speculate that other brands like Palit & Inno3d might sell it for under 26k

    I think crysis is just coding junk... even with 4 GPU's and about 3 gpu generations after its release.... walay smooth framerates running 2560x1600. I did love crysis when i played it [@1440x900]
    I have a pretty average system, but the time ill be getting a GTX295 it would be the avg videocard but no in cebu specifically, lets say on the international forum community like [H]ardOCP,XtremeSystems,TechPower-Up,VR-Zone thats what i mean by avg user.

    Its all about your gaming needs, if you barely game then even a single GTX260 is extreme for your needs.

    If i remember correctly, Crysis came out with the G80 series ( 8800 series ) the G92 is not a new generation, the GT200 and GT200"B" is the new generation w/c means only 1 generation passed ( next up is the GT300 and RV800 ( for ATI ).

    I cant really say that Crysis is a coding junk but looking back at Far cry 1 and Doom 3, it took 2 generations of GPU to get the games at flying framerates IIRC.

    A lot of these guys are either born rich or have really good paying jobs, either way a single GTX295 is pretty avg on the international community.
