Depende r man jud na sa marketing and needs sa mga tawo... i mean awa gud na mga chinese biz people? They are selling mga hardware, clothes etc... kana dha sa carbon dapit ai dugay na au na sila awa hangtod karon napa japon ang biz... gi-abog nalang ang tindahan but mao japon ila gi-tinda sahay yagit pud tan-awn ang mga owners na nagbantay pero mao nilungtad man sila.

na-a man jud na arkanse og grabe jud ang profits. you should be in a biz which you have knowledge of and you love doing it... my parents manghuhurnal sila mao ila source of income sauna... tanom2x og corn, cassava, peanuts, og uban pa but karon sila na naninda sa carbon... same line vegetables but different way lang business aspect sya.

lisud sad na kung ang biz is about trend like clothes, pauso2x og accessories kay what if mwala sa uso na ma unsa mo items... db? sustainability of the biz sad and cost efficiency will do the trick and good marketing strategy...

minimize costs=maximize profits (remember jud ne)

i learned this at school (uscmain) and in actual practice sad...

More Power to your family me too, hope someday ingon sad ta ako mga kidz....

    Bahalag Kapoy au sa trabaho.....
Thanks kenah, buotan to some extent... my parents were so darn strict when i was studying and now I can see why walay laag2x walay overnight2x walay boyfriend... and I am so thankful sad wala ko natakdan sako mga lasyo na classmates and pala-disco nga frends whose family are in mindanao and other places in the visayas. pg college naku ang gspend sako mama allowance og tuition fees. sa books og other bayronon sa skul ako na nebayad... pgcollege naku avon dealer ko, ninda ko load sako classmates, hugas ko jeep namo and the driver will pay 10-20php taga hugas and konduktura ko sako papa mamasahero mi sa una from 7pm-3am (christmas break og summer) rota namo carcar - tabunok pa jud.

If you instill good values on your kids and be a model to them in terms of spending and saving money mu sunod ra na sila ninyo... like what my mama did to me... sunod rako sa ko mama wala ko nya tudlu-e.

style sko mama, save sya kwarta yaha butang og shoe box... sunod sad ko i put my money inside a shoe box asta ako sister nga 13 og 11 years old, sunod sad sila they put money on a shoe box... and they even used the money to buy gifts sa pg xmas party nila sa skul. and i do borrow money from my sisters if wala ko sinsiyo ilisdan sad nku.

i mean my mother did not taught as whatever on how to save money. we saw in her na butang sya money sa shoe box and that's it. everyday nya buhaton, sunod sad me and till now mao amo gibuhat.

no need of telling your kids on what to do especially when it comes to money matters pakit-a sila how to deal with money with respect and dili bura-ra gasto dre gasto didto... i mean if kids are very gastoso, they should have seen it inside their homes and mimic how their parents do with their money as well.

by the way... don't just focus on work expand sad... and try to think what biz pwede nmo ma sideline mga 2-3 biz will do

it all boils down to having a business and expanding horizons... not just focus with one business but also expand and try new things.... para ingkaso gane down ang usa na-a japon kay source of income and at the end of the day dili negative... you will be earning profits japon.

sakto jud don't focus on job security but focus on doing business....

walay benefits ako mama philhealth, sss, og pag-ibig wala tawn sila ana... masakit mi my mama will use kana alternative medicine like kana dahon sa atis, ug unsa pa dha binukid style jud. but if grabe na jud adto mi clinic or public hospital..

my mama give birth namo tulo sa balay ra jud... na-ay mananabang... ang bayad ne mama below 500php guro,,,kay di man jud midwife kana man muhilot2x ra ba... pagpanganak pa lang da-an dako na save si mama... breastfeed pa jud mi tulo...

then grabe jd ako mama. pagpanganak nya sako sisters i saw it jud... mga kadlawon adto dayun siya carbon para maninda mura wala nanganak....amazing au ai...

uban mga tawo hala apply trabaho ask daun unsa mga benefits etc... job security daun..pla ang sweldo ug unsa pa other benefits... end of the day.. empleyado japon kuwang japon ang sweldo...

i do support entrepreneurship and hopefully people's mindset will change... we are not taught in school about money, how to handle finances, skwela ta para makatrabaho mao ra jud. ang ending para makatrabaho ang get stuck there for how many years working...og dili sa pilipinas adto abroad mao japon mgtrabaho....it's better to let people work for you than you working for somebodyelse.

di man sad nato ma generalize kinsa proud or kinsa dili sa ila parents... but in general parents will be parents and children will always be their children no matter what...

but hopefully all parents see the importance of education, financial and moral support as well.. my papa always tell me he have given me financial and moral support... every acquaintance party, og unsa pa nga party sa skul/college pirme jud ko hatod ne papa sa motorbike (kay wala man mi car) mama dont want a car kay sayang daw di man ka earn og income ang car dako daw gasto...

then kuhaon pa jud ko ne papa sa party human og 12 midnight then sahay sa lapulapu pa i-held then uli mi 1230pm or sahay mgwait pa si papa naku when me makagawas sa party... then adto pa sya carbon kuyog ne mama mga 3am para maninda...

oh well,,, kahilakon na jud ko ane... papa did this from elementary till college me...
