i used MSG before when cooking but i tried to cook without and it taste good also... then i tried again cooking with MSG... mas tingy ang lasa nya kung naa MSG, i think nawala ang natural flavors nila ug something uneasy sa taste or is it sensitive ra jud kaayo ako panlasa.. heheheh...

Chefs in international TV culinary shows very very very rarely use MSG... pinoy chefs ra ako nakit-an gagamit ana sa tv : )

in short... i dont use MSG for enhancing flavors... nasanay ra siguro inyo taste buds having MSG all the time mao warag di na macomplete inyo cooking without it.. : )

naa man gyud taste bud ato dila sa umami or msg. dapit na kuno sa tonsil. mao na ang taste sa vetsin and some other seafoods.
