Walay age limit. The training is gradual, agdon imong physical condition.

i have attended 2 muay thai sessions before, but in dumaguete lang.
sauna ra ko nangita ug stable diri sa metro cebu.
i think i'll visit Loft; and then get some info on the Abellana thingy.

i've heard naay muay boran sa mandaue. is this true? if someone could post more details, thanks daan.

Muay Thai in Loft. T-Th, 7-9 pm. Nindot ang equipments didto and nindot pud motudlo ang instructor. Monthly fee is P1k lang.

was at Loft a few hours ago.
had a good 1st impression of the gym.. with pads, bags, and even a ring.
very disciplined training.

Pwede ba ko muapil anang Muay Thai? I want to train for fitness lang. I don't wanna spar kay akong jaw kay nabali before...Kato sige pa kog duwa'g basket. Pwede rana?
