i agree with the "recipe for disaster". I would say it is a catasprohe because if the relationship ends, you will have to endure the agony of seeing each other everyday in the office and worst seeing her/him FLIRTING again or into the ARMS of other person specially if you really fall in love with the person. You will surely wish your dead right were you were standing/setting.
