150k per week in three weeks.

Suppose you arrive on a mid week.

Stay at Waterfront with family. It's easier to meet with relatives when you're in the vicinity. Dine anywhere at crossroads, BTC or in ayala.

Weekend 1 - Stay at Shangrila for 3 days and 2 nights.
Weekdays 1- Try Marriot or the crown regency. Indulge in spas, badminton, food and entertainment.
Weekend 2 - 3 days and 4 nights at Boracay. There's always somethin new each year in boracay!
Weekdays 2 - Back to Cebu and at either Marriot or Waterfront.
Weekend 3 - Bohol 3days and 4 nights at Panglao Island beach resort. Make sure you go for a day tour up to the chocolate hills. It would also be an educational tour for the kids.
You'd be back in time for another couple of days in Cebu before you fly back to the US or wherever you're from.

You don't need a guide for all of that. But a travel agency would help arranging the flights, etc....

aerial tour: bohol (chocolate hills) after the flight pwede mag stay for few hours... syempre, you will have the chance to fly the plane (yun kung nasa co-pilot's seat ka) on your way to bohol. second day, fly kayo to dumaguete, stay for few hours... third day, fly to bantayan... 4th day to camotes island... 5th day sa camiguin... 6th day sa siquijor...
plane rental per hour is 8,500.
mactan-bohol-mactan: about an hour
mactan-dumaguete-mactan: 2 hours
mactan-bantayan-mactan: 2 hours
mactan-camotes-mactan: 1 hour
mactan-camiguin-mactan: 2 hours and 30 minutes
mactan-siquijor-mactan: 2 hours

estimated time lang ito... ito kase mga lugar where i used to fly private plane.

eto nga pala... on your way to destination... the pilot will teach you how to fly the plane (except for the take-off and landing part)... meron pang flying lessons! hehehe take turns lang sa mga kasama mo para ma-enjoy nila ang flight. hehe...

ah july pa ka noh? so dili naman ni pick season kay ting uwan naman ni so i think yur 150T ma consumed gyud na nmo ug maayu kay murag ang mga beach resorts ani mo barato naman ilahang rate....

kon taga cebu ra ka so much better unahon nmo ug soruy ang within sa cebu province nga mga resorts/beach....either travel ka from north to south or south to north.....naka adto na ba ka sa malapascua or sa bantayan island? murag mao gyud ni imong unahon, try pud sa camotes(good for one week)....then after nmo dre cebu adto na dayun ka sa lagyu....sama sa siquijor(ayaw tuo anang istorya nga dili maau about siquijor kay urban legend ra na) bohol, negros, surigao, palawan(good for 1 week and a half)....so naa paka nahibilin pipila ka mga adlaw then go back to cebu and visit some beauty/tourist spots nga imong na visit sa una(before ka dha nahi abut sa imong nahimutangan kron) ....to refresh lang gud some old (good and bad) memories....charrr...nya ang sobra sa imong 150T (kon naay sobra)....ipa inom sa taga istorya...hehehe...

i hope naka tabang ko nmo gamay kay mao sad gyud ni akong buhaton kon naa ko ingon ana kadak-a nga kwarta.... have a nice trip....balita e nya me dre sa imong adventure....with pictures sad unya...

why not try spending 3 weeks in building houses?
GAWAG KALINGA... kung naa ka 10,000 pwede naka makatukod balay for 1 family.
para sad ma-expose imo mga anak sa pagtabang sa isig kataw nga nagkinahanglan og kapoy-an.
you'll be proud jud if makatabang ka bisan one house lang (been there done that).

or... mao lagi... spend it para sad malingaw ang mga street children kung asa man ka nahimutang karon.

If im from cebu,for the first week, i'll spent two nights in Plantation Bay, two nights in Shangrila, two nights i sumilon island..then i'll go to Boracay..stay in Nami beach resorts for two nigths..den i'll move to Isla Naburot in Guimaras islands. maybe three nghts is okay...and then i'll go to Pearl Fram in Samal Island(Davao)..another two nights..then go to camiguin at highland resorts..then to Bohol.thnebak to Cebu...i guess the 450,000 in three weks is just enough.................
