    Is the job still available?

  5. #25
I haven't heard from inside Xlibris about mass termination...
    Maybe mass resignation... hehehe! jowk!

Bitaw, aside from Sales Dept.(which your job depends on your quota and attendance), everything else seems fine...
They don't terminate you unless you do good on your work and attendance. Well, I guess that's a norm for every company.

I short, we only accept professional people.
Bahalang bugoy kaayo sa gawas sa company as long as once inside, you do things professionally.

if a company is sold or acquired that doesnt mean its going down due to monetary matters. The problem with some folks is they make judgement out of gossips. I was reading thread about this Company Xlibris in Istorya.net and i find it as a very good example of how Crab Mentality works.

Crab Mentality bringing people down with you is the number one cause of letting an oppurtunity pass by because some people dont want their friends and colleague rise up. If you try it on your own who knows this might be an oppurtunity that can change your life.

I heard that Xlibris sends people to the US... so that alone is a good experience.. but if you feel negative even without trying then just say good bye to some oppurtunity. Oppurtunities knock on you at the right place and at the right time... Stop that Crab Mentality and decide on your own nothing wrong to comment if you had a bad experience with them but dont bring other people down with you.
