in the color temperature chart, daylight color is approximately 4000K. OEM installed HID's are always near the 4300K color temperature.

daylight temperature is the best and safest light temperature to be driving with, both for the driver and the other drivers who will be coming from the opposite direction. any higher than 4300K will produce too much glare around the vicinity of the headlight, even beyond the cutoff point. now combine that with improper installation, and it can almost blind other drivers coming from the opposite direction.

the only reason people install HID's with temperature color ranges higher than 4300K is merely for appearance, or hambog ra gyud. looks like the LTO did their research here - and they are right from the technical point of view.

How I WISH they could assign somebody who's a car enthusiast himself to head up LTO ... ... but that's a dream that's not gonna become a reality.

i understand your point...but accidents will only happen to reckless drivers...but i respect your point of view...wala man sd mawala kung sakto lang ang dagan since puno kaau mo...

but kani slippers, pinaka stupid jd ni nga rule...naa man gani ko mga friends nga kung mag drive sa ila car kay mag tiniil kay dili sila komportable sa shoes nga ila nasuot...dakpon nalang sd ni sila?

wala ko kasabot ani jd...as if kaning nag pirma ani wala kuno maka suway ug drive sa ila sakyanan nga naka pambalay ra?

what if older model sa car walay back seatbelt? unya if butangan nato ug seatbelt sa luyo ang walay seatbelt maka violate ni sa
Guideline letter D? I would agree on this but somehow its impractical to have a seatbelt sa luyo for older models of
CITY GOING CAR. pareho raba ug TOP Speed ang awto sa syudad... yes seatbelts can save lives in expressway and highway pero
di bana decision rana sa driver nga mag seatbelt ba or dili? and if tinted ang awto nako? would they know?

Drivers and All Passengers who fail to use seatbelt will be fined P1,500/passenger plus attending seminar for traffic and vehicle safety to be conducted by LTO.
klaro kaayu ni bay nga pamasin lang ni sila... if madakpan wa mag seatbelt kwarta na ni, if di madakpan aw... better luck next time daghan pa bitaw
    awto sa dalan.

For carrying more passenger other than the normal seating capacity, a penalty of P1,000/per passenger.
agree ko ani kay this is for public vehicles... and as for me I love my car so di ko gusto paskyan nga mu limit sa seating
capacity and this goes to all private owners too, they love their car.

For defective accessories such as headlight, tail light, signal light, brake light, side mirror and horn a fine of P1,000 for the violators.
AGREE KO ANI and I hope kanang MVIS sa LTO bah dili madala ug suhul suhul sa mga uban private owners and operators
specially kanang public jeepney. ganahan mu nga inyu awto maka dasmag ug jeepney nga kagang kagang kay wala mu kababantay
naa diay jeepney dinha? tungud nga wala siyay tailight...

For modifying any part of the original design of a private vehicle without approval of LTO and the DTI a fine of P2,000.
Do we have to line up didto sa LTO and DTI para maka pailis lang ug yantas? Do I have to line up

Wearing of slippers fine of P500 for the first offense, P700 for the 2nd offense and P1,000 for the 3rd offense and revocation of driver’s license.
no comment.... question... asa gibutang ni alberto ang iyang utok?
