there are a lot of possible cases you may file against the tanod. it is not totally correct for you to say nga ang illegal possesion is ang police maoy mu-file ana. anyway, ang role ra sa police is to blotter the incident and you would need that blotter in order to support your case. i am a lawyer by profession, so more or less i have experience in this kind of matter. regarding the cost involve para muhimo og sworn affidavit, that will really depend on the lawyer you will hire. if simpleng affidavit lang and nothing more, it will cost you not more than 3k-5k siguro including the notaryo.
