i think this is dumb and a stupid law...it should be repelled..its anti filipino.....we should unite against this kinds of corruption......are they only targeting cebuanos

am just curious about some of the law... they no modification...what im driving like the 65 model mustang which in that year seatbelt is not yet available so if dli ko magseatbelt so maybe ok ra ka ky during that wla paman seatbelt,,, and if ako butangan og seatbelt thats already modified so dakponon diay na ky modified na (hehehehe)

To me, this is only applicable to public utility vehicle drivers and not for private vehicle users.

they did not specify this....so matud pa sa enforcer...applicable sa tanan....i think this is a stupid law...it should be repelled right away...its anti-poor....wala na guro mahalin ang mga sapatos....

LTO is only announcing their ignorance with some of these rules. Nindot unta ug hapsay ang kadalanan kung gi trabaho pa sa LTO ang ilang trabaho during registration sa sakyanan ug during pang issue ug driver's license. Pero wala sila magtrabaho, igo lang sila nag collect sa payment. Mas maayo pa wala nay LTO, BIR nalang ang mo handle sa car registration ug ang pag issue ug driver's license kay mo collect ra man ug tax (di naman mo inspection sa car during registration , di pud muhatag ug seminar before muhatag ug driver's license), pa raffle pa ang BIR kung naa kay resibo.
