As far as I have noticed about people, a lot wants to be the exemption. I've seen it time and again, people park at tow away areas and all end up reasoning why they parked.

"Ignorance of the law excuses NO ONE, but an ignorant wanker making the LAW is called what?"

and one more thing.. a law is a law...it does not define on which location it can be implemented. what does had to do with city and province? in the province, provincial officers are just tolerant compared to city officials.
what u r mentioning about the new LTO regulation on modifying motorcycles belongs to another thread bro. Clearly, it is u who is barking at the wrong tree, aw thread diay. This topic is all about CITOM clamping and towing. and what is the usual violation ani? di ba parking violations or obstruction of traffic (like ma aberya ka tunga sa bridge)?

Na clampan or na tow diay ka tungod sa letter d violation? if u say na tow or na impound ka, that's not because of a parking violation but on modifying ur vehicle, but still i doubt it ky u will only be issued a citation ticket for that, unless grabe na kau like change color, skeleton body, or super-lowered.

and what u r saying about the difference in implementing between sa probinsya ug syudad, common sense ra na pre...

actually, the difference between the implementation sa city and sa province is because this is what we call CITY ORDINANCE, which means nga sa Cebu City ra ni cya applicable.

what's funny here is, as i was going through the previous posts, daghan au complaints. when CITOM does its job, we complain. when they dont, we complain. wonder why? and most of all, based on my observations, ang kusog kaau mo complain are the violators. go figure?!

and if im not mistaken, 15 minutes ra ang tagal sa imong awto para dili ma tow unya ang rate 1,300 or 1,500 ba toh...

walay quota bro oi...di lang ta mgpataka ug sulti gud.

sakto c genesis04, "when CITOM does its job, we complain. when they dont, we complain. wonder why? and most of all, based on my observations, ang kusog kaau mo complain are the violators. go figure..."
