Yes true.. it's shades of gray. but then majority of the rich people live below their means. It just happens that they have great assets that their lifestyle are also great but they also started out small. Most materialistic people usually live within or above their means. Just to clear things out, I am talking about the rich-mindset and the middleclass-mindset.

The problem sometimes is that because of our status in life, we get much affected. Especially kung puro malas gakahitabo, we tend to be pessimistic on all things... Labaw na gyud kung pobre ta, we easily get lost and be drowned with all our problems. We then start to stumble and think nga nganong in-ani man and ngano sila ing-ana... and all those stuff...

But basically, the more we are in trouble, the more we should seek God... The more nga magthink tag positive inorder to attract the positive energy in life.

Those who are optimistic get much of life's happiness in all aspect.

    rich people are rude!

  7. #27
@McLover, not all rich people are rude. I know some rich people who are rude and I know some rich people who are one of the nicest person in the world. I also know some poor people who have the worst attitudes, and I also know some poor people who are also one of the nicest people in the world.

Money does not make people rude. People are rude because they are rude (rich or not). It doesn't need money to be rude. Warren Buffet, Ophrah Winfrey, Bill Gates, Atty. Go are very rich people and are not rude at all.

There are a lot of poor people who are so hard working but they're only up to that, hard work. Most of them haven't realized that hard work is not enough. Hard work coupled with smart work can go a very long way.

    Rich people think big.
    Poor people think small.
A close business assosiate of mine, went from a net worth of $250,000 to over $600 million in only 3 years. When asked his secret, he said, "Everything changed the moment I began to think big."
I refer you to the Law of Income, which states, "You will be paid in direct proportion to the value of what you deliver according to the marketplace."
It is important to know that 4 factors determine your value in the marketplace: supply, demand, quality, and quantity. In my experience, the factor that presents the biggest challenge for most people is quantity. The quantity factor simply means how much of your value do you actually deliver to the marketplace?
Another way of stating this is: how many people do you actually serve?
Small thinking and small actions lead to being broke and unfulfilled. Big thinking and big actions lead to both money and meaning. The choice is yours!
