as a photographer, I would say:
1. Good Looks
2. Good Body
3. Correct Posture
4. Willingness to learn the craft
5. Finesse (needed for both posing and ramp)
6. Great Attitude towards work
i'd like to add:
-Must be liberated enough to wear skimpy clothes.

Was finally able to get a hold of Chicoy. MAC is mostly a runway agency so height requirement is at least 5'11" for guys and 5'7" for girls. But he does accept models below the height requirement for use in print. In a recent issue of MEG magazine there is a feature on MAC model Joanna Pacula who is only 5'5".
