siknoy is in that colorful building near the cebu doc sa recla. when facing the building...it is the rightmost one sa lower floor.

Well part of why I Started the thread was I was taking out my mom tonight for dinner and I just couldnt think of anything. Your suggestions helped , now its just a matter of what we feel like eating tonight.

Update: Dinner tonight
Well after going around tonight looking for a place to bring mom out for dinner we ended up in Mizu (not new but we felt like japanese somewhere near).
I'll place a couple of pics here and place my small review in the correct thread.
Sushi was a must
Interesting treats were:
Black Cod in Terriyake sauce
Shrimp wrapped in bean curd
Agedashu tofu is always present
Anyway ill try to put more pics in Resto reviews
And ohhhhhhhhhhh u gotta have good service , dazzle (name of server was excellent)
Great eats .... and more
