try the SOUTH BEACH DIET..it's effective..i can attest to that.:wink
i don't have that strict diet. my rule in my diet is that in a day I'll only eat 3 times full meal each.
breakfast, lunch and dinner. no snacks...![]()
kapoy mag diet kay dili naka makakaon ug ganahan nimo.. exercise lang daun... para mahilis.. at least makaon dyapon nimo imo gusto...
ayaw na midnight snack
brown rice
water therapy
fruits.......
