Thats why i was wondering why " WHAT TOMAS WANTS , TOMAS GETS " notion . Heres another one , what PGMA wants , PGMA makes it happens ... something like that . And of course that was based on the link provided by the author and not from that link of thread regarding Tomas VS Ouano .

On a positive point of view , good for the Cebuanos for having Tomas as the local leader in the city . He has balls and he will work for it wether he gets it or not .
