I also work for a japanese company. and I'll tell you, grabeh ka stricto bah. If naay deadline as in atangan ka sa imung luyo while you're doing your thing hantud mahuman. kulba jud ni basta matimingan ka ani nga style. implement jud ug JIT nga lifestyle or maglisod ka ug survive sa japanese-owned companies.

na experienced nmn kha nimo ila culture bro, ila mismo nasud..
ambot kaha, murag dali ra ang speaking ability,kay daghan ko kaila nga asawa sa japon, khbwo sila sa language, but sa tnuod, mas nindot kn giunsa nmo pag come-up sa phrases..mao mas nndot jud ang naa ka accreditation sa jpt..

ako ma sulti kai wala libog mga jap. friendly ka ayo base on my experience. B4 every sunday sa mepz tanby me ila company and padagan me RC "remote control cars" apil sila sa grupo namo and mga boss ni sila sa company sa mepz. Ang uban minyo sad mga cebuana.

well... 3k for 30 hours.. then one time fee of 500 for regestration.. so ni total ko ug study did2 around 90 hours.. then nag self study na ko run....
