More likely they are all the same. Picture this out, use your "imagination". The senators are actors, they just there to put up a show. Villian and Hero scenario, in this act, Senator A is the villian or a group of Senators are, while the other senators are the heroes. Put up a show, debate (insert media), while doing that, the others are buzy working "if you know what I mean". Then something big comes up, a twist the villians turns to heroes again... endless waltz. While they are all doing that, they get paid, and bigtime in extras. And you thought that they cared for us. Lolz. If things get to worst, they have there passports ready to bail out of this paradise. They are just actors.

I personally know things about him, from the time he was head of SBMA to the time he made it to the senate.

His clean image is exactly the opposite of how he got into power. And now he's preaching about clean elections by automation. This will only increase his power over the Comelec in his area.
