i used to work at the south and on our way to work one stormy morning (sumtime late last year or early this year ba kadto?) sa may san fernando along the main road naay resto dapit nga wide kaayo ang makita sa dagat. We saw about 5-6 water spouts along the coastline. An officemate even took pictures from his cellfone but was only able to capture 2-3 per picture.
it's one of those weird weather conditions we landlubbers rarely get to see.... or perhaps we get to experience more given the weird climate we are getting......
