Boredom, like depression, can be a sign of a clinical (i.e. physiological as contrasted to psychological) condition. Meaning, it's not always a "solution" to "find ways to NOT get bored". If you are bored, it could mean that your brain is not as receptive as it ought to be, and there could be a chemical imbalance in your brain preventing you from absorbing information from your senses. What I'm saying is, the reason why you say you are bored, is you are contrasting this to other time when you are "interested" in something or "happy"...the absence of this feeling means that the conditions in your brain that leads to your feeling of interest or happiness are missing. I'm not implying you need to take some "interest" or "happiness" pill, my point is, sometimes futile man gud ang TUYO-ON ang pagpangita ug "thing that will remove my boredom" because if it's a clinical problem, no matter what you do, you will STILL stay bored.
