There's no need to rush things especially regarding the utilization of the SRP. Lisod na ug dali dalion para lang mokita then in the long run naa pa diay lain nga mga opportunities in the future nga mogenerate ug mas dako pa nga kita. Dako kaayo ang land area sa SRP ang it can attract a lot of investors, labi na tong sa gawas. Henry Sy monopolizing it will do no good. We need establishments that can help solve unemployment and at the same time give people career advancements and putting up malls is not the solution for that.
