Actually, the truth is, you need to have the agility and speed to use these devices for self defense. Kay if ma-unhan ka sa aggressor, basig ikaw lang gihapon ang ma-dedbol.. they might use your "self-defense" gadget against you..

i think there's no need for a license if you want to carry this one because this equipment is not within the context of "firearms"... but to make sure, if you really want to carry this one, just ask the authorities..
