waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa hope its not true coz the only thing you can in my ref is bottles of mineral water which i used already and re-use it again... as a container for my boiled....

wat f ang bottles kay pinalit nimo sa factory.. Coz the bottles i use kay para sa ako honey.. Ok ra ba ni cya i-re-use?? After mahurot ako honey, ako hugasan ang bottles den sudlan nako ug water den butang sa ref for drinking purposes.. Makadaot na cya? Did you know chemical released by plastic water bottles can cause cancer (It is not the water that affecting you but the chemical releasing from the bottle)

How to avoid:
Check on the bottom of the bottle there is a triangle sign and there will
be a number on it. If the number is higher than or equal to 5 --> then this bottle is safe to use.


Whatever number under 5 will release the chemical. For most bottle water, the number is 1.

i think the triange means the usage of th e bottle, when its 1 then to be used only once ra jud. korek me if i'm wrong bro. hehehe diba the triangle sign is the recycle sign.
