There is a new Internet Cafe operating in Mango Avenue. Wala pa sila permit and of course dili pa sila member sa ICAC. The owner says that their bookeeper is doing the job para sa ilang permit. When I told him about the 3k for ICAC membership, ni sagit siya dayon ug What the F--CK! Haha. Holdap jud ni siya sa ICAC. One thing about ICAC is that, the guy who is organizing the seminar keeps telling the -cafe operators na kung ayaw mo sa ICAC ayaw pa member. Haha! Sige ta ug reklamo about corruption sa government og kang PGMA. Nya naa diay dire sa cebu, that they called ICAC nga sekreto lang nga holdaper or let me say KORAKOT!![]()

It is part sa local government na lahat ng Icafe has to be ICAC member. Im sure sasabihin nila na you must be an ICAC member bago ka nila bigyan ng business permit. Isnt it ironic?Originally Posted by inyourface

ICAC should have a been a grouping of internet cafes
what will be its advantage:
kung si Microsoft mo charge ug Windows XP professional tag 7,000
mo ingon ang ICAC naa mi 1,000 computers the require Windows XP PRo so mo negotiate sila sa microsoft tag 5,000 nalang or better pa
Nahitabo bani?
Unsa man gyud na ilang seminar? pareha sa LTO inig kuha ug driver's license.... way klaro nga seminar
?? Palusot lang gyapon
Magkatawa lang ko inig kita anang sticker
Be HONEST if others can not

kat0ng naka seminar sa ICAC? khibaw m0 asa padung ang 3k ug 500 every year?
Haha. You try ask city hall. They will say that you have to be an ICAC certificate before sila ka issue ug Mayors permit. About sa seminar, of course wala ka choice lagi even dili nimo gusto magpamember. I dont know what happens to the 3k and 500 annual. Try ask ICAC maybe they can answer you with something. Hehe. Corruption also exist in Private organization, specially in the Philippines. Haha!Originally Posted by inyourface
Guys,
As if you didn't know that there is Cebu City Ordinance 1901. Before naming names and berating people at ICAC, go and read the Ordinance and ask yourselves if you have complied what the law has required you to comply. ICAC is not the local government who imposes the law. ICAC do not even have police powers. ICAC is a private association with its own policies and guidelines to follow. If you don't need ICAC, then to hell with you, ICAC don't need you as well. I think, you are barking at the wrong tree. ICAC has been here defending against the threat in the industry. You should have attended an orientation seminar, it's for free. You name names on people working for ICAC for free and you call them corrupt? Are you sure your cafe would exist if not with ICAC? Before mouthing out those unsavory words and before I put some more counter arguments, go to this site: www.icac.20m.com, click "ordinance" and read every section, understand and internalized by yourselves. Likewise, take a look who are the people who passed this ordinance, are they from ICAC? Are these people crazy to pass this ordinance? Maybe it's you!
