For best performance, grab a P35 chipset based motherboard. if its out of the budget then hold off the purchase to save more $$

try Abit Fatal1ty F-I90HD @4K+ na mobo. hehe. pero overall, ok na man imu paliton, di lang jud ka ka-expect decent framerates sa mga games.

a p35 fro msi.abit will serve u gud.. all upcoming intel processor will fit ( except the nehalems ) just great

as ive posted..a xeon is cheaper quad core but not a slouch performer overall ( no amd yet can overpass this..tick for tick /value vs performance )

it even faster for multimedia creation.

i can suggest u go quad..

945 is not gud mobo..i can assure u that..no upgrade future waits for it.. im using it now with an e4400

gud enough for browsing..not for games or content creation ( for me )..
