there are short details sa sticker sa drive, when you remove the jumper your drive will be capable of transferring up to 300mb/s...

didto ra pud ko ni check sa sticker, so i removed it human nako basa...

sequential reading, the harddisk reads data from platters orderly, track1 > track2 > track 3 > track 4 (sunod ba)
random read is self explanatory... anyway, dont mind those testing terms hdtach has... the impt is the benchmark to determine the max data transfer from harddisk to your computer.

crackling sound is normal... i have a friend seagate SATA iyang duha ka drive, both are really making crackling sounds when reading and writing, its normal..... mine is quite making these sounds too when in full read

bro mao na ako 500gb seagate. gi tang2x na ang jumper sa duha. bought from nulbaX too. no sound made and very silent even when copying large files and playing games like COD4 and crysis.

don't know if this is normal kay 200GB/s ramn ako burst. sa gibutang sa sticker sa HDD kay 300GB/s mn unta. hehe.

pero happy rako ani oi... ^_^
