Point taken. I heard once that Camiguin has almost zero crime rate, nga pwede gani daw nga kung nahubog ka kaayo, pwede ka matulog sa kilid sa dalan and when you wake up, intact imong wallet, tapos naa ka pa'y unlan underneath your head!
